The rooms here are spacious, offer beautiful beach views, and the breakfast selection is delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

The breakfast here is exceptionally good for the price, and the staff are all excellent and the best at what they do.

The breakfast was not served in the restaurant facing the beach. I did not like the stairs existing in the bedroom. This can lead to serious accidents. The box is small and the bathroom floor is flooded after a quick shower I found several hair on the room and bathroom

Particularly good and absolutely perfect location near to a shopping center as well as a great shopping mall, easy base for visiting pubs and a theme park walking distance to the hotel.

I like this hotel design and convenient. Beach, shopping mall, pub or bar, restaurant, fast food easy to found.

I just very dissappointed when we check in. I check in others hotel just need take few minutes will done. But this hotel take about 10-20mins......

The rooms here are spacious and fashionable, with lovely beach views, and the staff throughout the hotel are very attentive.

The location of the hotel is perfect! a stone throw away to Kuta Main Beach and smack at the heart if thr mall. The beach side pool is amazing for all day dining and ambience in the evening is perfect from the music to the scenery.

The bath-tub was disgusting with moulds and the stench of the drainage system was foul! It was too bad that we had already comfortably unpacked if not we would definitely demanded for a room change. Room number was 214.Apart from this all daily house keeping kept the room clean and good.

Staff was helpful and friendly and hotel location was very convenient, beach, restaurants and shopping are all close by.

Water system was not working properly. In the day, there was no cold water after some usage and the same for at night, there was no hot water after some usage. Lighting controls are also a bit faulty. However, noted from the staff that the hotel was open for 2 months only.

Spacious and colorful rooms, good location on Kuta Beach, great air conditioning, amazing swimming pool and bar area.

I love the interior design..but the corridor is noisy and it can hear through in our room. The breakfast is not a buffet style and thus portion is bit small. The view from the room is blocked by the restaurant thus cannot see the beach view. The shower is great with radio and jacuzzi shower! Room is a bit small though but overall is good. Also a huge lcd tv which is good!

The hotel is newly opened so all facility is new. Location is also very good (in front of Kuta beach and inside of the shopping mall)

There was no windows in my room.(Why?) Breakfast was very poor comparing with the room price.

Perfect family vacation spot

The Waterbom Waterpark, just across from the hotel, was an absolute blast for the kids. They spent hours sliding down the thrilling water slides and splashing around in the pools. It was the ultimate family fun experience. And while the kids were busy having a great time, my wife and I took the opportunity to relax and unwind at The New York Sports Bar, enjoying refreshing drinks and catching up on our favorite sports shows. It was the perfect combination of family fun and relaxation in a convenient location.

My kids wished for a larger play area. My children wanted a larger play area for them to run around and play.

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I did not make a mistake in choosing it. It is reasonably priced, it is so closed yo everything, staff are very nice and accommodating. Facility is modern and clean. The best of all is it is right next to Discovery Mall, Kuta Beach, restaurants and you can go out and enjoy the evening with nearby restaurants, massages, etc.

There are sometimes families with children and kids can be noisy. Is is not the hotel's problem but the parents' problem.
